Because our products are perishable, Kadaltoveedu does not accept returns for seafood products unless they meet certain conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your seafood arrives in a damaged or spoiled condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will process a refund or exchange if the product is defective.
  • Incorrect Items Delivered: If we have sent you an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety concerns, once the seafood has been opened or used, we cannot accept returns.

3. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under the above conditions, we will process it as follows:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within2-3 Working business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
  • Conditions for Refund: Refunds are only issued for seafood products that arrive spoiled, damaged, or incorrect. If a refund is not requested due to such issues within 24 hours of delivery, the product is considered non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for seafood products. If you received a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, you can request a refund or replacement.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, details of the issue with the product, and clear photos of the product and packaging showing any defects or damages.
